• Handwriting & File Uploads: When uploading handwriting or image files, please ensure they are clear and high-quality. We are not responsible for poor results due to low-resolution or unclear submissions.
• Materials: All jewelry is crafted from high-polished stainless steel — hypoallergenic, tarnish-resistant, and durable. Available in Silver, Gold, and Rose Gold finishes.
• Product Variations: Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in finish, texture, or engraving may occur. These are not defects but rather the unique character of handcrafted jewelry.
• Product Images: Product images on our website are representative. Actual colors and finishes may vary slightly due to monitor settings and the handmade nature of our products.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of checkout. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available through our payment processor.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or violate these Terms. If we cancel your order, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Because our products are made to order, once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. If you need to cancel, please contact us through our contact page as soon as possible and before production has started.

5. Shipping
