Processing time
Every fnur piece is made to order and hand-finished in our Atlanta, Georgia studio. Orders are processed and shipped the next business day after they are placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the following business day.
Delivery estimates
We ship to all 50 United States. Once your order ships, most US deliveries arrive within 4 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves our studio so you can follow it every step of the way.
Where we ship
fnur currently ships to United States addresses only — all 50 states, plus APO/FPO and DPO. We are not able to ship internationally or to PO boxes for oversized items at this time.
Tracking your order
A tracking link is emailed the moment your order ships. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Your Order page using your order number and email.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package hasn't arrived within 7 business days of shipping, or the tracking shows no movement for more than 3 days, reach out through our contact form and we'll open an investigation with the carrier right away.
