Every piece is handcrafted in our Atlanta studio and ships the next business day. Most orders are delivered within 4 days within the United States.

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and you will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Most US orders are delivered within 4 days.

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding to international shipping and will update this page when it becomes available.

Return Policy
Because each piece is personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items. We stand behind our craftsmanship and want you to love your jewelry. If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your order specifications, please contact us through our contact page within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us through our contact page with a clear photo of the item and your order number within 14 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost to you. Please retain all original packaging until your claim is resolved.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that does not match your order specifications due to an error on our part, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will remake and replace the item at no charge. Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order, as we are not responsible for customer entry errors.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue.
Jewelry Care
To keep your piece looking its best, avoid exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising. Store in a dry, cool place and clean gently with a soft, lint-free cloth. With proper care, your fnur jewelry will last for years to come.
